Refund Policy

Your original receipt must accompany your returned items(s) to process your refund.  All returned items must be in their original state purchased, and deemed by Ugly Dukling to be new, unworn/undamaged before they can be accepted for a refund. All refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment.

Gift Receipts

After your purchase, all shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. All shoes should be returned in their original undamaged shoebox, as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box, soiled or with marked soles will not be accepted for a return/exchange.

Price adjustments

No Refunds or Exchanges will be permitted on launch items, no exceptions.

Sale items

Refunds/Exchanges are not permitted after the stated return policy.
